I was shocked to find only two pillows in my room, far below the comforting four i expected. Not to mention, the pool was closed! It's an absolute disgrace in these times. I almost left a glowing review, but i didn't even receive a simple welcome gift to ease my disappointment.

Everything was brand-new, including accommodating staff and peaceful location in the area. Bright and cosy room with king size bed and juice for $ 157. With a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. Such great overall experience.

nice hot breakfast for all tastes with a muffin and hot waffles, as for instance. great and courteous staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. marvellous and incredibly comfortable location with free parking and really close to downtown, cranbrook and eateries. also, very close to restaurants and shops.

It was a nice room - bathroom was clean.
Our tv didn't work until the hotel reception stepped in and I needed the WiFi to check in with work and plan the next leg of the journey - which is why I chose the hotel and I had almost no reception at all...that caused my frustration.

The room was clean and check-in was easy. I was super bummed about the breakfast though-just a handful of options. The hot tub was alright, but coulda been hotter, ya know? Got a good night's sleep, but that's about it.

I was pleasantly surprised and the services, the pool and waterslide were clean and safe, the free breakfast was great. Too bad I drove past it to the other end of town all these years because its close to the shopping too.

I appreciated the friendly staff who were quick to assist whenever needed. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The location was also convenient, near shops and eateries, which I enjoyed.
The pool closed too early.
